yawn - who cares! Watch this space for increased taxation to remedy this situation. Especially the electricity costs. Guernseys carbon footprint cannot have a massively direct affect on the GLOBAL environment. Wy even bother with reporting on this when places like China / Beijing regularly have life threatening levels of airborne particulates?! What they produce in a single day would be the similar levels as Guernsey would produce in 10 years! Oh yeah, and the Kyoto agreement only works if the whole world is signed up to it. Funnily enough the worlds largest polluters arent part of that agreement.....now i cant possibly think wy?!
