If global warming is not happening then why are 'warm water' fish like bass and bream being caught further and further north? In the past 3-4 years fishermen and anglers here have been catching Mediterranean species that have NEVER been recorded in the past, and conversely species that used to be at the southern extent of their range such as Plaice are becoming rarer. You cannot blame overfishing as the increase/decline is in non-commercial species.
