Teen duo suffer a series of assaults

POLICE are hunting a group of youths who attacked two teenagers over the weekend. The two 18-year-old men sustained minor facial injuries after the prolonged assaults.
They occurred between 2 and 2.45am on Saturday near the Longstore, again close to the College of Further Education in the Coutanchez and also near the Guernsey Tennis Centre at Longcamps, St Sampson’s.
Police described the attackers as being between 16 and 18 years of age.
One youth was wearing a dark, hooded top and short dark hair. Another was a blonde girl wearing a light, possibly white, hooded top and jeans.
A spokesman said the attacks had involved four or five people.
No weapons were used.
Officers are appealing for information from any witnesses, either if they were driving past or if they live in those areas.
