Simco job losses blamed on greed

SIMCO’S parent company has been accused of greed by one of its employees. SSL International plc confirmed yesterday that it planned to close its manufacturing facility by the end of the year.
The move will leave 95 workers without a job and one employee, who asked not to be named, said the workforce could not understand the decision. ‘The staff are very upset,’ he said. ‘People were surprised because staff know that we turn a really good profit.
‘You could understand it more if we were losing money but we weren’t. They [SSL] are just talking about making more money so there is an element of greed involved.’ But SSL head of communications Jan Young refuted such claims.

I WORKED AT SIMCO 6 YEARS AGO AND FOUND THE STAFF TO BE LAZY AND UN HELPFULL.STAFF WOULD DELIBERTLY DAMAGE MACHINARY TO STOP PRODUCTION, AS THEN THEY GOT PAID FOR STANDING ROUND. THE STAFF THAT WERE OF GOOD STANDING BECAME DEMORLISED AND BITCHED/RESENTED TOWARDS,TO MUCH WAS BRUSHED UNDER THE CARPET AND PEOPLE SUDE OF BEEN SACKED AND A BETTER STRUCTURE PUT IN TO PLACE TO COMBAT THESE PROBLOMS….
AND IF THE COMPANY HAD ACTED MORE RESPONIBLE TO HIRING BETTER CALIBRE OF STAFF ,TRUSTWORTHY,NO CRIMNAL CONVICTIONS,GOOD SOCIAL SKILLS …IM SURE THAT SIMCO WOULDNT BE RELOCATING —–PAUL….P.S.EXCUSE THE SPELLLING .HE HE..
