GUERNSEY’s rusty shooting cost them dearly as they went down in the main inter-insular at Fort Regent on Sunday.
It topped off a miserable weekend in Jersey for the Sarnians who lost six of the seven matches on offer. Only the greens’ veterans came away with a win.
In the main event, the senior As lost 48-22 as they struggled to find the net. But Jamie Robert, who coaches the team with Jamie Roussel, refused to point his finger at any individuals.
