VAZON Bay Cafe was hit by a wave of destruction last week, this time from vandals.
As if last week’s storm wasn’t enough for owner Nick Percy, his misery was compounded on the weekend after vandals smashed five reinforced windows at the property.
Between 6pm on Friday and 8.30am on Saturday, the windows at the front of the premises were smashed with pebbles and hit by a previously uprooted lifebelt pole from the bay. Although not pierced, the damage to the windows has amounted to £500.
