ComProp chief exec loses dismissal claim
Wednesday 26th March 2008, 2:29PM GMT.
Nigel Jones.
PROPERTY professional Nigel Jones has lost his unfair dismissal claim against ComProp and CI Traders.
Panel members in charge of his tribunal returned a unanimous decision that he was not dismissed from his role as chief executive but rather that he had resigned without notice in breach of his contract and not as a result of his employer’s actions.
The tribunal also found that Mr Jones was an employee of ComProp, a subsidiary of CI Traders.
