0540002.jpgA TRIBUNAL has ordered Beauty and the East to pay former employee Jennifer Wilson more than £9,000 after deciding she had been constructively dismissed.

Miss Wilson argued that she had been forced to resign after repeated failure by the company to pay her wages on time.

The tribunal concluded there had been a fundamental breach of Miss Wilson’s employment contract, and instructed that she be awarded the equivalent of six months’ salary – the sum of £9,389.46.
