May sports seminars to focus on the inner game

A LEADING authority in the mental game of sport will be running two inspirational seminars next month for aspiring young local sports people and their mentors.
Mind coach and ex-international basketball player Jamie Edwards, pictured, has been invited to Guernsey by OSA Recruitment to run two consecutive evening seminars at St James.
Edwards is an established and highly recognised sports psychologist who has helped numerous international sports personalities such as Darren Clarke, Lee Westwood, Paul McGinley, Michael Vaughan, Andrew Flintoff and Lewis Moody as well as elite extreme sport athletes and Premier League footballers. The first seminar on Tuesday 13 May at 7pm is entitled ‘Raise Ya Game: How to Win the Game of Life’.
