Board have no option but to enforce change
Saturday 12th April 2008, 9:30AM BST.
NOBODY likes taking medicine, but for an unqualified period footballers and our clubs are going to have to get used to tasting the foul stuff.
But while it is being shoved down their throats by the GFA board and, many will argue, distastefully so, it simply has to be done.
Because the patient could not be trusted to look after itself, or in some quarters admit they were even sick, the GFA had no option but to do it and on Monday of this week it unceremoniously told the GFA clubs to swallow this or else.
Predictably, the else has not gone down well in some quarters and there has been much stomach urging as a consequence.

Voice For Victims
Voice for Victims is a campaign aimed at promoting the rights of those affected by child sexual abuse.
Now days it is very difficult to find a community where you are free to Discuss Everything.
Lets be frank for a minute here, we are currently living in the society where rules are above and beyond
Have to be followed everywhere. Personally i do not like this. Where are those times when you could?
Actually speak your mind, Discuss Everything that comes to mind without a fear of being punished.
We are always ready to shout “We live in democratic society” but if you really think about what this
Society brought us over the years, nothing but strip us of basic rights for freedom of speech and
Expression. As far as i see it we should be able to Discuss Everything at any place we feel to do so.
Otherwise we are no better then Communist countries where at least they are saying out loud:
you have no freedom of speech.
But in any western country currently freedom of expressing has been suppressed so much that
it does not exist on the basic level anymore. We are being told we can Discuss Everything, but in
Reality, we always have to think before we speak.
Your comments are welcome.

I believe it is pretty sick. I am one of those people that are currently without health insurance. This is a direct result of the insurance that is offered to me by my employer. They currently offer Aetna, which for all intent and purposes it is a catastrophic policy. Doctor visits and medications are nearly covered, therefore I would rather save $100 per month instead of giving it to the slimey bastards at Aetna.
I hope that more people will continue to speak up and hold these health insurance conglomerates accountable, or the health of the average American will continue to go down.
