Thousands of islanders flocked to Victoria Avenue on Saturday to experience the largest open-air music festival the island has ever seen.

Voice For Victims
Voice for Victims is a campaign aimed at promoting the rights of those affected by child sexual abuse.
You will see from my email address why I won’t be enjoying your festivities but I guess a good time will be had by all.Mind you it’s not bad over here!!

Its great to see concerts like this being held in guernsey now and the from the photos taken it appears that everyone had a great time. This is a positive step in providing entertainment to the youth of guernsey and the tourism trade .

I had a fab time at Guernsey Live and was totally impressed that the organisers managed to pull off such an exciting event in Guernsey, it was a shame with what else was going on in Guernsey & Jersey that more tickets weren’t sold and I hope the organisers can arrange a date when nothing else is happening next time.
My only big complaint was the terrible excuse for food stalls 3 burger vans, ice-cream and candy floss is not what I would call healthy and there was no other option for those who didn’t want to eat junk!
if it is not possible to provide a more varied choice (especially for vegetarians!) then people should be able to bring there own! Apart from that loved it and can’t wait till next year!
