MORE than 40 stalls will fill Market Square tomorrow. Entertainment as well as jewellery and art displays will be there for the start of a series of events.
‘We have held a few smaller events during the winter and have had fantastic feedback from people wanting to get involved,’ said Sonia Taylor, of Town Markets organiser Terrace Promotions.
‘Tomorrow we are moving outdoors and have offered Les Bourgs Hospice space to sell goods for its funds. Combined with our specially bought traditional stalls, there will be more than 40 stands.’
Entertainment will be provided by the visiting Royal Signals Band at 1pm and saxophonist Colin Falla. A selection of art demonstrations have been planned. The Guille-Alles Library will be holding a special story-telling session for youngsters.
