THE number of property sales continued to fall last month.
Just 58 local houses and 16 flats were sold during July, a fall from the same month last year of 34 houses and 11 flats.
On an annual basis, local house sales have fallen from 469 to 374 and those of flats from 180 to 120.
Open market deals also fell over the same period from 58 to 30.
