YOUTH will be the name of the game for Sylvans this season.
With last year’s coach Martyn de Garis now departed along with several established first-team players, plenty of last season’s Youth One winning side will be given opportunities.
With no new names being brought in, new coach Clive Bateman believes that if his side progress in the next eight months, he will be a happy man.
‘I want us to be a better side at the end of the season to the one at the start of the season. If we improve both individually and as a team, then we are well on course for the future.’
