Priaulx slots into racing hall of fame

ANDY PRIAULX has been immortalised in the world of racing with his own Scalextric car.

Marketing manager Paul Chandler believed Mr Priaulx was an obvious choice.

‘Scalextric has reproduced the BMW 320si WTCC car in 1:32 scale slot-racing form in recognition of the incredible achievement of triple world champion Andy Priaulx. We extend our congratulations to Andy and wish him every success in the current WTCC season,’ he said.

Malcolm Tostevin of Model World at Oatlands (pictured with the car) is selling the product and believed the new model proved Priaulx had finally ‘arrived’ on the biggest stage.

Im not sayin he hasnt achieved a lot.
But then dad was always there to buy him a better car, so he didnt exactly work to get where he is.
