THIS year’s Guernsey International Film Festival has had a record number of entries.
They have come from countries including Belgium, Austria and Germany as well as from the UK and the Channel Islands.
‘The standard has, once more, been absolutely phenomenal,’ said organiser and judge Peter Rouillard.

‘We have had a record number of entries again this year and it has been a tough job to pick the winners from the 148 entries.’
Six films were chosen as major winners and prizes were awarded in 14 categories.
