FT’s top UK man is to chair ‘doing business here’ forum
Tuesday 9th September 2008, 2:30PM BST.
THE Financial Times is publishing a report on ‘Doing Business’ in Guernsey.
Following the success of a similar report on Jersey last year, the FT, which has 1.4 million readers, is publishing the Guernsey version on Friday 19 September.
To mark the occasion, Image PR is hosting a breakfast forum that day entitled, ‘Guernsey – A Positive Future?’, that will be moderated by FT UK business editor John Willman (pictured).
Chief Minister Lyndon Trott will be joined on a panel by Bob Moore, representing GuernseyFinance, Mark Trenchard from the Chamber of Commerce, Chris Sharp from the Guernsey Hotel and Tourism Association and Tony Mancini, tax director of KPMG.
‘Image Group worked closely with the FT last year for the Doing Business in Jersey event and so we are delighted to be involved once again by organising the Guernsey breakfast forum,’ said group MD Steve Gillman.
