‘Trinity are the best’

NORTH boss Mick Le Prevost has hailed Trinity the best football team his side have faced since he took over at Northfield two years ago.
In Jersey on Saturday, Trinity took care of the 2007 Priaulx champions 2-0 in the first round of the Deloitte CI Champions League.
The green side from Jersey have been tipped to win their domestic league. ‘To be fair to them, they deserved to win the match,’ said Le Prevost. ‘They were better than us.
‘I’ve not played a team as good since I took over. They were physical, they were quick and they were good on the ball.
‘I don’t like losing, but on Saturday you’ve got to take your hat off to them and say the better team won.’
