Rivals claim rustiness ahead of big clash
Saturday 25th October 2008, 9:29AM BST.
GLYN DYER will be sitting out today’s big Division One – the former Priaulx – clash today.
North meet Bels at Northfield in a re-arranged fixture from 11 October and the league has quite a strange look to it with the sides mid-table and Sylvans and leaders Rangers, above them.
Today’s opponents have shared the league honours over the last three years.
Invariably it is a feisty affair when they meet and North coach Mick Le Prevost said his team are up for it.
‘We’ve been trying a few new things,’ he said as he looks to manage without influential winger Glyn Dyer (pictured) , who is out for the next four to five weeks with a hamstring problem.
Striker Gareth Holden is suspended while Le Prevost does welcome back central defender Paul Page, who is now over a facial injury.
