BELS put aside their rumoured problems to go top of Division One with victory over a young Sylvans side on Saturday at an incredibly wet and windy St Peter’s.

Word has being going round that life is not so rosy in the league champions’ camp at the moment.

Although he played at the weekend, captain Sam Cochrane (pictured) has reportedly fallen out with Micky Ogier and apparently this could be the coach and his assistant Shane Totty’s last year in charge.

Ogier drove off straight after the match on Saturday and was not available to be interviewed.

Totty declined to comment on whether they will resign at the end of the season, saying: ‘You’ll have to ask him [Ogier].’

But Totty has happy to discuss his team’s win in the freezing rain, which was compounded with a strong wind at an exposed St Peter’s.

It led to the handful of spectators to huddle in the clubhouse and watch it through the steamed up windows.
