Flick knife found in pocket by sergeant

THE trial began yesterday of a man accused of possessing an offensive weapon.
Phillip Hennessy is also accused of attempted assault on a police officer and resisting arrest. He denies all charges.
Crown Advocate Fiona Russell told the Royal Court of the events of 1 March which led to Mr Hennessy’s arrest.
The case continues today and tomorrow afternoon when Judge Russell Finch is expected to give his verdict.
