St Martin’s 5, North 6
HERE’S a tip – try to catch the next time these two face off.

Last night was the second 11-goal thriller that St Martin’s and North have served up in a little more than a fortnight and for the second time the chocolate-and-blues edged it – just.

‘It was a good game for the people watching, not so good for the coaches,’ admitted Mick Le Prevost.

‘I said to them last time that I don’t want any more [games] like this because it is not good for my heart.’

The North boss had his two strikers to thank as new dad Craig Young and Simon Tostevin both grabbed a hat trick apiece at Blanche Pierre Lane to earn their side a place in the Stranger Cup final.

For the last quarter-of-an-hour of the first half, Young was virtually unstoppable.
