Now for the Upton as North take title

The North squad celebrate.
Bels 0, North 2
THE Priaulx Cup resides at Northfield once again.
And immediately after sealing the Division One championship with victory over title rivals Bels last night at the Track, Mick Le Prevost set his sights on another piece of silverware.
‘We have got the Upton to look forward to now and I have not won it as a coach so I would like to go down to Jersey and pick that up,’ said the North boss.
‘I think the best team won the league. Over the season we have played the best football and tried to go forward, tried to do the right things.
‘This is a young side and we can get better, so let’s go and do it again next season.’
There were some nervy moments for the chocolate-and-blues in the first half yesterday as Bels knew nothing but a win was good enough for them to force a playoff.
Micky Ogier’s side dominated possession and looked the more likely scorers throughout the opening period, the one exception being North’s controversial first goal in the 24th minute.
