Corbet new Vale boss

Friday 24th April 2009, 2:29PM BST.

FORMER North and Guernsey manager Phil Corbet is the new head coach of Vale Rec.

He will be assisted by one of the club’s finest all-time players, former Muratti star Carl Le Tissier.

Vale have suffered a disappointing time this season which ended with John Reid stepping down from the first-team coaching position.
