Gosselin on the right road to fulfil ambition

JOSH GOSSELIN continued his transformation from mountain biker to time trialist at the weekend competing in the UK’s premier time trial series.

The Rudy Project Series is held in various different locations in the UK throughout the season and is typically run on more challenging courses attracting a number of top level time trialers.

Sunday’s event, promoted by Leicestershire Road Club, provided Gosselin (pictured) with another good test of his time-trialling skills.

With seniors and espoirs facing two laps of an undulating circuit for a total of 29.2 miles, it was possible to follow Gosselin’s progress lap by lap.

His opening lap time of 32-07 placed him in sixth place and finishing in a time of 1-07-58 in eighth position.
