This year senior drivers will compete as two separate classes, while racing together.
The KF1 drivers start at the front with a gap of just a few seconds before the Rotax Max drivers set off.
Unfortunately, due to an accident at the Easter hillclimb, Dave Hockaday was unable to compete in the first round, which left only Colin Laine and Ayrton Hockaday in the KF1 karts.
Both drivers entered only heats one and three with Hockaday finishing behind Laine in each.
The final was won by Hockaday after Laine went off on Press Box corner which resulted in his axle moving and the chain coming off.
