ALL members of the De Carteret family are invited along to a reunion in Carteret this summer.

It has been a decade since the first reunion was held and the members of Le Cercle De Carteret are hoping that lots of De Carterets will be able to come along to the latest meet.

The last reunion attracted members of the family from America, Australia and Switzerland.

‘Ten years ago we had a good collection of people from Guernsey, Jersey and Sark,’ said La Cerle secretary Jennifer Thomas, nee De Carteret, 61.

‘It would be nice to see so many people come along again.’

La Cercle president Mike De Carteret, 66, said many people from the last reunion have now grown up.

‘The memories have faded,’ he said. ‘We hope more young members of the family will come along.

The reunion is on 29 August in Carteret.
