ONCE again the world famous Leicester Tigers are giving island youngsters the chance to meet some of the biggest names from professional rugby.

The Guinness Premiership and Heineken Cup final side return to Guernsey to run their community rugby coaching courses next week.

The programme, which is supported by Ashburton, the Jersey-based investment manager, for the third year running, will run from Monday until Friday.

Players between the ages of eight and 16 will be given the chance to experience top-quality rugby in a professional environment for up to five hours each day.

Places are still available and can be booked online at www.leicestertigers.com/rugbycourses or by contacting Leicester Tigers Community Department on 0116 2171221.

During the five-day course, coaching will be provided by the Leicester community coaching team led by Tigers vice president and elite player development coach Chris Everard along with senior rugby development officer and academy coach Matt Williams.
