Watson makes Frinton final

HEATHER WATSON learnt from her mistakes as she exacted revenge on Anna Smith in the Frinton Futures Championships yesterday.
Number two seed Smith beat the Sarnian last week in the semi-final of the previous Aegon Pro-Series event in Felixstowe on her way to the title.
But, unlike seven days earlier, Watson converted her chances yesterday as she won 6-2, 6-1.
