Saints march on

Rangers 0, St Martin’s 2
COLIN FALLIAZE is happy to be in the Rawlinson Cup final, but at the same time he isn’t.
Fallaize’s St Martin’s side will meet Bels on Saturday after they comfortably got past Rangers at the Track last night.
The problem for the Saints boss, though, is the timing of the pre-season competition’s final.
‘I wish the final could be played at a different time,’ he said.
‘It’s a very intense tournament and maybe it could do with having rolling subs as you could then use a squad of 20.
‘We’ve got a first team game on Saturday, then a second team game on Sunday, then a first team game on Tuesday, then a second team game on Wednesday and then a first team game on the [following] Saturday.
‘That’s quite a lot of football for my squad in pre-season. I want the result, but I don’t want the final when it is.
‘It’s obviously a good fixture for Bels as I believe they’ve not got a fixture for a week, but it’s not a good fixture for us.’
One thing Fallaize (pictured) was happy about, though, was the performance of his team against Rangers.
