No respite for fully-booked Matt

MATT LE BER should set up camp at the Corbet Field this weekend.
The Bowls Guernsey Association are holding their finals weekend at the Vale Rec club over five sessions and Le Ber (pictured) is in action in each.
He starts tomorrow morning in the Sandeman Fours before taking on his teammate Gary Pitschou in the men’s main event – the Elliott Singles – in the afternoon.
His day finishes with the Travers Pairs and, after a much-needed night’s rest, he takes on Todd Priaulx in the Bell Under-25 Singles on Sunday morning.
Once that match is completed, his schedule ends with a head-to-head against girlfriend Lucy Beere in the Press Open Singles.Bowls Guernsey Island Championships finals weekend:
