TWO experienced property professionals have come together to form a new commercial practice.

Jones Watts Ltd, a firm of chartered surveyors and property consultants, opened earlier this month with offices in the Commercial Arcade.

Set up by former colleagues Nigel Jones and Joanna Watts, the fully independent firm is dedicated solely to working on commercial property.

‘Guernsey has a sophisticated and well-established property market which requires a complete package of professional commercial property expertise, and we are delighted to offer a service to match,’ said Miss Watts, who has worked in Guernsey’s commercial property market since June 2004.

Mr Jones qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1989, and has been based in Guernsey since 1995.

During that time he has been responsible for the letting and investment sales of a number of the island’s leading office schemes as well as the redevelopment of Admiral Park.
