I was horrified to hear Jack Honeybill talking on the radio about the only single ticket holder ( ie not a syndicate ) …. as he said this person was overjoyed to have won something because they were more or less broke. Yet they found £300 for a lottery ticket ? Either I heard it all wrong, he’s got it wrong, or there are some desperate and stupid people out there ….

I heard that the woman that drew out the numbers won! If so she should not be allowed to enter the draw. Sounds like a con if you ask me!

Sarah
What a pathetic and stupid comment. The only two women that drew the numbers were the governor n the bailiffs wives.
You may be privy to more information than the rest of us but to the best of my knowledge neither were in the winning syndicate.
So shut your mouth.X

Ido not know if you have got GULLIBLE written on your forehead but that is the most ridiculous comment i have ever seen written on this forum.
Ilinformed comments like that with no substance does no good at all. Seems like sour grapes on your part.

Sarah has been watching too much Father Ted…they rigged a lottery, but I doubt if our esteemed upper echelons would stoop that way…

I think you would do well to get your ears tested mate. The last part of your post is correct though. You should ask Sarah out for a few drinks. I think love may blossom!

Well I’m relieved to find out that apparently I wasn’t paying enough attention to the radio whilst driving yesterdya morning. I was however concentrating on the car parked in Doyle Road making a fantastic point about what a good idea removing the parking spaces would be if anyone actually stopped parking there ….
