Chamber urges business to follow its climate lead

BUSINESSES are being urged to sign up to the Copenhagen Communique on Climate Change.

The statement, an initiative of The Prince of Wales’s Corporate Leaders’ Group on Climate Change which is run by the University of Cambridge programme for sustainability leadership, is widely recognised as the definitive progressive statement from the international business community.

The Guernsey Chamber of Commerce has already added its name to the communique, which has attracted the names of around 1,000 prominent companies from more than 60 countries worldwide.
