CHRIS SIMPSON is the highest ranked player in the main draw of next week’s 2010 Talisman Energy Bankers Hall Club Pro-Am event.
The Guernseyman is the second seed for the $10,000 PSA Tour one-star tournament in Calgary, Canada.
However, the seedings were based on the December world rankings, since when the number one seed Martin Knight from New Zealand has slipped below Simpson in the world list.
The 22-year-old Sarnian is currently 47th in the world, while Knight is 48th.
Simpson has been drawn to face Dick Lau from Hong Kong in the opening round next Thursday.squash.
