Move to the right wing has seen change in Laws

Friday 15th January 2010, 2:29PM GMT.

Marc LawsMARC LAWS is enjoying life at Bels and ahead of tomorrow’s Division One top-of-the-table clash against North he said that he would welcome an island call-up as well.

The pacy 29-year-old American (pictured) has been turning heads this season on the right wing for Bels.

And reportedly one person who likes what he has seen is Guernsey boss Tony Vance, who may well put Laws in his 20-man squad ahead of the Greens’ FA Carlsberg National League System Cup quarter-final with the Hertfordshire League next month.

Laws hopes that he is included.

‘Most definitely,’ said the fitness instructor.

‘My season has been going well when I do get to play as I’ve been off the island so much and I was injured at the start of the season. But I’m enjoying playing for Bels with the whole new set-up.’
