KRISTINA NEVES claimed two county open titles and three records on the first weekend of the Hampshire Championships.
The Mount Batten 50m pool in Portsmouth hosted the long distance events and the Guernsey Swimming Club star competed in four disciplines.
She clocked personal best times in the 400m individual medley and the 400m freestyle – by five and three seconds respectively – with the latter being a new age group record.
In the 800m and 1,500m freestyle, 13-year-old Neves was crowned both junior and open champion with her times again being new age group records.
This coming weekend, the GSC will be sending over six swimmers for the Bagcats weekend and the following weekend there will be nine for the junior and seniors.British Gas Hampshire County Swimming Championships 2010: First weekend of three
