BELS are odds on to win, at long last, the Division One title today.
The recent weeks have seen the league leaders have one hand on the Priaulx Cup and it has been a matter of time before it is rightly theirs.
That moment will surely come today as they face second-from-bottom Rovers at home and need just two more points to claim the league that they last won in 2008.
If second-placed St Martin’s fail to get the better of reigning champions North at Northfield, the silverware will be on its way to the Track regardless of what happens in the Bels game.
However, Bels boss Ian Champion is not thinking of trophies and he views Rovers today as just another match.
‘We’re very focused and we’re not taking anything for granted,’ he said yesterday.
