EMERGENCY services were yesterday called to a two-car crash in St Peter’s.
Two fire engines, an ambulance, a paramedic and two police cars went to Route de Plaisance after a hired dark blue Ford Focus collided with a blue Renault Scenic at 3.55pm.
One of the drivers was thought to have been trapped but passers-by managed to help him out before the Fire and Rescue Service could get there.
Neither driver needed hospital treatment and there was no one else in either car.
Police duty sergeant Andy Jones said the accident looked worse than it was.
