Les Bourgs close to a £1m. milestone

steve park LES BOURGS HOSPICE is well on the way to its redevelopment funding target.

More than £500,000 has been raised since the campaign launch on 2 February, bringing the total to date to £947,000.

‘The rebuilding appeal is tantalisingly close to the first of its £1m. milestones,’ said fund-raising administrator Steve Park (pictured).

‘Hopefully, over the next few weeks, if not days, the £53,000 will flow in to see the total raised move into seven figures.

‘We have had some big private donations and a lot of money has been raised through various events.’
