THE Royal Court yesterday agreed to the eviction of the Pembroke Kiosk owners from the site.

Gary and Lynn de Carteret had argued that they had a letter confirming they held a 21-year-lease on the land.

The court decided they had not and ruled that the offer had been made only in principle.

The court must now decide how long the stay of eviction will be and whether any conditions should be imposed.
