TWO of Hautes Capelles Primary School’s football team joined two of the island’s finest in a special challenge yesterday.

Eleven-year-olds Thomas Dodds and Jordan Kelly took on island players Glyn Dyer and Ross Allen in a ‘keepy-uppy’ challenge.

The players and island manager Tony Vance were visiting the school ahead of Saturday’s National League System Cup final.

One of the main reasons behind their visit was to drum up support for the match at the Track.

They gave a brief talk about their route into the sport and children were given a chance to ask questions.
