OATLANDS is for sale.

The visitor attraction in St Sampson’s is co-owned by John Tostevin and Gareth Griffin and they said the time was right to encourage new blood into the business – and bring in fresh ideas to develop the site.

‘Having owned the site for over 13 years, the last five in partnership with Gareth, it is time to move on and pursue other business interests,’ said Mr Tostevin.

‘It has been hard work at times but what has been achieved over the years is something we can now both be very proud of and that is extremely rewarding.’

The freehold property and business is to be sold fully tenanted – apart from the mini golf which will need a new tenant.
