Local player attacked in Town then Jersey Siam rival is beaten up in hotel room
Monday 3rd May 2010, 2:29PM BST.

POLICE are today investigating after a Jersey rugby player was allegedly beaten up in his hotel room by two Guernsey players.
David Felton, son of Jersey Evening Post sports editor Ron, yesterday had a range of facial cuts, bruises and what looked like fingermarks around his neck after the claimed assault at St Pierre Park Hotel early yesterday.
The incident followed Guernsey player Tom Ceillam (pictured) apparently being beaten up by Jersey players in Town on Saturday night.
However, there is nothing linking Mr Felton to that incident.
It is claimed that two Guernsey players, not including Mr Ceillam, later turned up at the Jersey player’s hotel room at 3am and unleashed a flurry of punches when he opened the door.
