SCOTT BRADFORD’S Muratti misery is set to continue.
The Bels midfielder (pictured) is out of Saturday’s Kleinwort Benson Muratti final at Springfield after it was confirmed yesterday that he has cracked a rib.
Since breaking through to the island set-up he has found himself twice starting on the bench for the big game and also miss out on a likely cap through suspension.
He has started only one Muratti since returning to the island and has yet to pick up a winners’ medal.
‘I’ve not had a good run with the Muratti,’ he said after visiting the doctor. ‘It makes it worse as I would have probably played this year,’ said the 29-year-old who impressed in Saturday’s momentous National League System Cup final before being flattened by a challenge and leaving the pitch late on.
