Watson exit

HEATHER WATSON made the earliest of exits from the ITF $50,000 Indian Harbour Beach clay-court event in Florida.
Having unluckily drawn the top seed and favourite, Romania’s Edina Gallovits, in the opening round, the Guernsey star lost in straight sets, 6-2, 6-2.
Gallovits is ranked 105 in the world, 230 places above Watson, who was the only Briton playing in the tournament.
