Harvey is fifth best in Europe

SURF kayak junior world champion Adam Harvey finished fifth in the men’s competition in the European championships at Mundaka in Spain.
The competition was held at a venue famed for one of the best waves in Europe.
‘There was a very high level of competition,’ said Harvey.
He was equipped with his new surf kayak, thankfully retrieved from Yorkshire by Huelin Renouf.
His rivals included David Speller, the reigning men’s world champion).
The competition was part of the surf kayaking world cup.
Harvey is sponsored by the Heritage Group, Quayside and Condor.
