THERE will be no major movements in the summer transfer window.

That is the view of island boss Tony Vance.

‘I expect no movement [from the Guernsey squad] whatsoever. All of them seem to be pretty happy where they are at the moment,’ he said.

All in all then a quiet summer of player movement is expected after the window opens on Tuesday.

The possibility of Naro Zimmerman and Billy Page moving from Saints to Rangers is the most significant of any potential moves. And although Rangers coach Paul Ockleford would not be drawn on any names, he does admit he would like to have a bigger squad.
