The women’s four finished in a time of 1hr 7min. 31sec. after battling it out with singles rower James Briggs to clinch first place.
The fastest time of the day went to men’s four FRM who managed to cross the finish line in 47-35 ahead of the men’s fours championship leaders Geomarine who posted a time of 48-49.

The conditions were tough for both experienced and novice crews of which there are a large number in the fleet this year.
