Competitive show delights BSJA organisers
Monday 31st May 2010, 2:29PM BST.
HONOURS were shared on an extremely competitive opening two days of the BSJA Guernsey Spring Show.
With a large field including plenty of younger competitors, no-one could claim to have been the outright star of the show on Saturday or Sunday.
The first of the two days was set aside for showing competitions, before the jumping classes began yesterday and will conclude today with the leading rider trophies being awarded for both senior and junior.
Charlotte Breban (pictured) was the most successful on the opening day. She and horse Papillon III won four separate trophies.
Becky Travers was a triple-winner, while Megan Lane was victorious in two different classes.
